YOU ARE LITERALLY STAR LIGHT
You are literally starlight,
The atoms of your body were formed from ancient exploding stars,
All the energy in the food which sustains you comes from the photosynthesis of plants- from the light of our star,
Einstein’s e=mc2 states that all matter, all of you, is light moving very slowly, energy is mass at the speed of light squared, all mass is energy and all energy comes from the stars,
Remember you- and all things- are starlight.
